Complaints procedure

1.    Complaints should be made to Nadia and Ron in writing. No complaint will be considered from an anonymous source. Within two weeks the student will be invited to discuss their complaint with us. We will try to deal with the complaint within 4 weeks.


2.    Should the issue remain unsolved after the meeting with us then the matter will be referred to NeVLAT’s Training Course Committee. The complaint will be heard by NeVLAT within 4 weeks of the above referral. They will endeavor to resolve the issue but failing that they will appoint an independent third party mediator. The decision of the third party mediator shall be binding on all parties. Costs for mediation will be shared 50/50 between the school and the student. No complaint will be kept by the school once a student has qualified.
